Return & Exchange Policy


At Moonbeam Daydream, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. Please read our policy below for more details:

Returns:

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, all products are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products, including skincare (creams, lotions, serums), body care items (soaps, bath salts), and gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily process a full refund or exchange once we verify the issue. Please provide a photo of the damaged item to assist with the claims process.

Exchanges:

While we do not offer exchanges on products, if you would like to try a different item, we suggest placing a new order for the product you wish to receive.

Exemptions:

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request if the item has been opened, used, or is outside of the 7-day period for defective/damaged items.
