If you’ve been feeling overstimulated or slightly out of sync, you might try a simple reset this week. Move slowly as you cleanse, as if you are clearing more than just your skin. If you are cleansing people or places, for example you just want to be mindful. Mist your face and allow yourself one full breath before continuing.
